Why isn't there an Agency tier?

We're keeping it simple while we figure out who actually pays. Once enough Pro users tell us they need multi-team or multi-brand-at-scale features, we'll add an Agency tier. Right now, Free + Pro covers everyone we're talking to.

What happens when I hit the free quota?

You'll see a clear notice in the dashboard or extension when you hit 5 generations or 30 Reddit replies for the month. Your existing data, campaigns, and posts stay intact — you just can't generate new content until next month or upgrade.

Is the Pro tier really live?

Not yet — we're still validating who'd pay and what they'd pay for before turning on Stripe. The form below captures upgrade interest. If you'd actually pay, please tell us — your answers shape what ships.

Will my free quota change later?

Possibly. If we tighten free-tier quotas in future, anyone who's already paying gets grandfathered on their current quotas indefinitely. We won't make existing users worse off.

Why $19/mo for Pro?

It's the price point most directly competitive tools (ReplyGuy, ReplierAI, RedShip) cluster around for a single-seat plan. Cheaper feels untrustworthy, more expensive needs a feature gap we haven't built yet. We'll move it as we learn.

Can I get a refund?

Once Pro is live: yes — no-questions 7-day refund on the first charge. We'd rather know quickly that it didn't work for you than fight retention.
